About Us
Welcome to Keat Hong Family Medicine Clinic (FMC) Conveniently located in the heart of Choa Chu Kang, Keat Hong Family Medicine Clinic (FMC) has a comprehensive medical team who can help you with your common ailments such as fever, cough and flu, as well as chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.
The clinic is set up in partnership with National University Health System (NUHS) to provide one-stop, affordable and holistic healthcare services for you. When you visit Keat Hong FMC, you are cared for by a team of doctors, nurses and allied health professionals. This team-based approach provides you with personalised care specially tailored to your medical needs.
Our doctors also work closely with the specialists at National University Hospital (NUH) which is part of NUHS. You are therefore assured of a high level of care.
Subsidised Care for You
You may receive subsidised care at our clinic if you are a Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) and Pioneer Generation Package (PG) and Merdeka Generation Package (MG) cardholder. You may also pay for treatment of chronic conditions at our clinic using your Medisave under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP).

Your medication is supplied by the pharmacy at NTFGH, and the cost of your medication is close to what you pay for at a polyclinic.
